Challenge 25 Policy – Age Verification

At Wheathampstead Golf Village we take our responsibility to prevent underage drinking seriously. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy in line with UK alcohol licensing laws. If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove that you are over 18 before being served alcohol. Valid photo ID (such as a passport, driving licence, or PASS card) is required.

It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18

All of our staff are fully trained and required to check ID for anyone who appears to be under 25. This helps us stay compliant with the law and promote safe, responsible drinking.
